Key Performance Areas
Receive and direct telephone calls. Make calls and keep records. Note down and transmit messages. Report faulty lines for repairs.
Prerequisites
A National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 / Matric or NQF level 4 as recognised by SAQA. Call Centre qualifications will be an added advantage. Willingness to do after-hours work and be on call including shift work. Computer literacy including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Literacy in virtual meeting platforms.

Knowledge or understanding Batho Pele Principles.
Telephone etiquette.
Good communication, presentation, interpersonal relations and report writing skills.
