Assistant Director: Telecommunications (EDU)
Key Performance Areas
Provide telecommunications services. Manage contracts for mobile devices, SIM cards, Wi-Fi routers and landlines, support mobile device issues. Maintain the telecommunications account. Coordinate service-provider meetings and install work-related software on departmental mobile devices.
Prerequisites
NQF level 6 or 7 qualification in Public Management/Administration, Information Science, Logistics or related telecommunications qualification as recognised by SAQA. Five (5) years’ experience of which three (3) years must be at Lower Management post /Supervisory level 7/8 within the Telecommunications field. Valid driver’s license with exception of person with disability.
