SENIOR ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PRACTITIONER (DSD)
Key Performance Areas
Assist with the development and review of organizational structure. Provide job evaluation services. Facilitate the development and review of job descriptions. Implement operations management framework interventions.
Prerequisites
Grade 12 plus an appropriate qualification at NQF 6 in Operations Management/ Management Services/ Production Management/ Industrial and Organisational Psychology or equivalent qualification in the relevant field or area as recognized by SAQA. A minimum of 2- 3 years’ relevant experience. Valid motor vehicle driver’s licence (with the exception of persons with disabilities).
Person Profile
Knowledge of organisational design, restructuring and development principles. Knowledge of Work Study Techniques . Knowledge of change management principles, strategies, and models. Knowledge of business process re-engineering. Understanding of Job grading and evaluation system. Knowledge of public service regulations, acts and policies. Problem solving skills. Project Management skills. Communication skills. Stakeholder engagement and consultation skills. Analytical skill. Conflict resolution skill. Facilitation and presentation skills. Report writing skills. Computer literacy.
