ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER: SAPS EVALUATION (TCS)
Key Performance Areas
- Provide operational assistance during implementation of projects.
- Provide administrative functional support.
- Perform generic administrative functions.
- Assist with data management.
- Assist with follow-up visits at police stations and SAPS Components.
Prerequisites
- A National Senior Certificate / an equivalent plus an appropriate undergraduate qualification (NQF 6) in Social
Sciences/ Public Administration/ Research/Criminology /Policing or an equivalent qualification in the relevant field / area as recognized by the South African Qualification Authority SAQA).
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the same or related field.
- Valid driver’s license (except for persons with disabilities).
Person Profile
Knowledge and understanding of legislative framework governing the Public Service, Monitoring and evaluation processes, Batho Pele Principles, The Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, Public Finance Management Act (PMFA) and Treasury Regulations, Public Service Act and Regulations, SAPS Act, Civilian Secretariat for Police Act, South African Justice Advanced Computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Ms. word),Office Administration, Planning and Organising, Good written and verbal Communication, Problem analysis and decision making, Business Writing, Presentation skills.
